HOGAN- Mr. Joseph Alexander Hogan, age 77 years, of 33 Prospect Avenue, passed away after a short illness on Friday, September 21, 1984. Born in Port Arthur in 1907, he was raised in Emo, Ontario. He moved to Port Arthur in the early thirties and had resided here since. He was employed by S.J. Hill and Sons for 35 years, retiring in 1969. His main interest was his family. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus.

Survived by his wife Kay (Adams), sons, Michael, of Calgary (en route). Ken, David, Frank and Paul,
daughters, Maureen, (Mrs. Hannu Ahokas), Anne (Mrs. Mel Parr) all of Thunder Bay and Patricia (Mrs. Ron Palinka) of Winnipeg (en route), 20 grandchildren; brothers. Art, of Vancouver, Gordon, of
Thunder Bay, Andrew, of Fort Frances; sisters, Senja, (Mrs. Bill Faber) of Thunder Bay, Josephine, (Mrs. Paul Vaudrin), of Crookston, Minnesota, Pat (Mrs. Mel Schiebel), of Kitchener, Monica (Sister
Mary Columba), of Chatham, Lillian (Mrs. Mitch Witcheruk), of Atikokan, Doreen (Mrs. John Desrochers) of Montreal, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Predeceased by his father W. Enos, in 1969, his mother Senja, in 1981, brothers Francis, Barney, Leo, Bill and sisters Phoebe, Margaret and Muriel.

Prayers will be offered on Sunday at 7:30 p.m. in the Everest Funeral Chapel. Funeral services
will be held on Monday, September 24, 1984 at 3:00 p.m. at St. Andrew's Roman Catholic Church celebrated by Father M. O'Donnell. Family and friends will gather at the church for service time. Interment in St. Andrew's Cemetery. If friends desire, donations may be made to the charity of
their choice.
