Deeloyce E. Lamb, 61, of Jonesboro, formerly of Pocahontas, died Saturday, March 3, 2007, at St. Bernard's Medical Center in Jonesboro. She was a daughter of the late Baxter and Etta Stubblefield Spencer. She is survived by two brothers, Carl Frier and sister-in-law, Gana Frier, and Kermit Spencer, all of Pocahontas; four sisters, Irene Creason of Doniphan, Mo., Willie Meeks of Corning, Earlene Meeza of Jonesboro, and Wilma Murrell of Pocahontas, her faithful friend, Bill Nichols, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Tuesday in the Chapel of Cox-Waymon Funeral Home in Pocahontas with Fred Hunter officiating. Burial followed in the Maynard Cemetery under direction of Cox-Waymon Funeral Home. Serving as pallbearers were Wesley Frier, Randy Frier, Kermit Creason, Floyd Koons, Bill Nichols and James Gardener.
