Mrs. Walsh was born in Frederickton, N. B., but made her home in Bangor for the past 37 years. She was a devout member of St. Mary's Catholic church and until recent years always took an active part in the affairs of the parish. She was gentle, considerate and kindly, and the good she accomplished was very great.
Surviving relatives are one sister, Mrs. Jesse Tower of Chicopee, Mass.; two daughters, Mary and Margaret Walsh of Bangor; four sons, John of Brewer, James M. and Stewart of Bangor, and Thomas of British Columbia.
Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday in St. Mary's church.
