Claughton, Josie May- Passed away November 11, 2000 at a local care center in Roseburg. She was born August 12, 1910 in Camas Valley, Oregon to Jesse and Etta May (Humphrey) Kirkendall. On June 13, 1930 she married Milo Marlon Claughton in Marshfield, Oregon. Most of their married life was spent in Camas Valley. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1990 and three brothers and six sisters. She is survived by two sons, Milo of Idlyeld Park, Oregon and Ronald and Betty of Winston; one brother Robert and wife Mary of Camas Valley; eight grandsons, one granddaughter, numerous great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. At her request no services will be held.
