Mrs. Tessie Nelle CALHOUN, 70, R.R. 4, Rochester, died Saturday night at the South Bend Osteopathic hospital after two years' illness. She was born Feb. 16, 1888, near Akron to Frank and Armittia ALSPACH BIGGS, and spent her entire life in Fulton and Marshall counties. On Jan. 25, 1908, she married Delbert CALHOUN, who survives. Other survivors are a daughter, Miss Margaret CALHOUN, R.R. 2, Rochester; a son, Charles [CALHOUN], Crown Point; three brothers, Dee BIGGS of Macy and George and Dewey [BIGGS], both of Rochester; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Friends may call at the Easterday funeral home in Culver, where services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Paul JUMP of the Monterey Methodist church officiating. Burial will be in the Monterey cemetery.
