FROSTBURG - Frederick J. Winner, 65, of 271 Upper Consol Road, died at his residence Monday night. Born in Garrett County, he was a son of the late Albert Winner and Emma (Robeson) Winner. Mr. Winner was a member of St. Michaels Catholic Church and was a disabled veteran of World War II. Surviving are his widow, Mrs Evelyn (McKenzie) Winner; three daughters, Mrs. Cathy Miller, Frostburg, Mrs. Theresa Winner, Miss Maria Winner, both at home, a son, Frederick J. Winner Jr., Short Gap, W.Va.; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Wheitzell, Frostburg, Mrs. Ruth Turner, Avilton; three brothers, Albert Winner, Leonard Winner, Harry Winner, all of Frostburg, and two grandchildren.
