FROSTBURG — Mrs. Emma C. Winner, 70, of Consolidation, died yesterday in Miners Hospital. Born at Avilton, she was a daughter of the late Jacob and Rhoda (Garlitz) Robison. Her husband, Albert J. Winner, preceded her in death. Mrs. Winner was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church and Sodality of the church. The body is at the Hafer Funeral Home, where friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A requiem mass will be celebrated Saturday at 9:30 a.m. at St. Michael's Church, and burial will be in St. Ann's Cemetery, Avilton.
