Mr. Cook dies
Mayfield, Ky. --J . V. (Coy) Cook, 86, of Tucson, Ariz., died at his home at 8:45 a.m. Thursday.
He was the co-founder of Dairyman's Supply Company in Mayfield and had been a resident of Tucson since 1945.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Grace Cook; four sons, L.G. Cook, George Cook and John Cook, all of Mayfield, and J. V. Cook, Jr., Tucson; 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at Byrn Funeral Home. The Rev. John Huffman and the Rev. Charles Dinkin will officiate. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery.

J. V. (Coy) Cook, cofounder of Dairyman's Supply Company, died at 8:45 a. m. Thursday in Tucson, Arizona.
Mr. Cook who was 86, had made his home in Tucson since 1945. He resided at 2350 E. Edison Street in that city.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Grace Cook, four sons, L. G. Cook, George Cook, and John Cook, all of Mayfield, and J. V. Cook, Jr., Tucson.
He also leaves 10 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at Bym Funeral Chapel, with the Rev. John Huffman and the Rev. Charles Dinkins officiating. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers will be Greg Cook, George Cook, Jr., Tim Cook, Curt Boyd, Marshall Hargrove, and Cook Sanders.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Saturday.
