Strickland Rites Slated Wednesday
Funeral services for Mrs. Lloyd E. Strickland, 38, who died Saturday afternoon at her home in Akron, Ohio, will be held Wednesday. Mrs. Strickland had been ill three months.
The body will arrive here this evening at 6:15 o'clock and will be conveyed to the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. S.J. Smith Sr., Moulton 2. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at Bald Knob church, interment following in the adjoining cemetery, Howell directing.
Mrs. Strickland is survived by her husband; one daughter, Etha Fay; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. S.J. Smith Sr; four sisters, Mrs. Bertha Straw, Mrs. Lurlene Long of Moulton 2; Mrs. Georgia Cowan of Moulton; Mrs. Zella Mae Hill of Decatur 3; four brothers, Gus, Audry and Mitchell Smith of Moulton 2; S.J. Smith Jr. of Russellville.
