GUS W. SMITH -
The service for Gus W. Smith, 75, Route 2, will be at 2 p.m. today at Antioch United Methodist Church in Moulton, with the Revs. Bobby Ray Halbrooks and Jim Wilson officiating. Burial will be in Bald Knob Cemetery.

The body will be placed in the church one hour before the service.

He died Monday, December 22, 1986, at Decatur General Hospital.

He was a member of Antioch United Methodist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Laverne Royer Smith, Moulton; son, J. Allison Smith, Moulton; daughters, Mrs. Augusta Gillespie, Moulton, Mrs. Delores Teague, Decatur; brothers, Audry O. Smith, Michell E. Smith, both of Decatur, S.J. Smith, Tuscumbia; sisters, Mrs. Bertha Strawn, Lurleen Long, both of Moulton, Georgia Schlenz, Redding, Calif, Zella Mae Hill, Mesquite, Texas; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Gregory Gillespie, Marcus Teague, Brenton Gillespie, Bob Collins, Alton Smith and Raymond Smith.
