"BROMLEY, BARTON, m. Lucinda, da. of Capt. Burt, and settled on the town farm. He was for many years a justice of the peace, and was an intelligent and influential citizen. He filled many stations, both public and private, in which he won credit and esteem. He died in 1831, aged 63; his wife in 1842, aged 72."

Their third child, Edward was born Dec 29, 1792. He married a widow, Lois (Lobdell) Vail, and had six known children. While on a mission for the federal government he became ill and died in Canada in 1828 or 1829.
Barton and Lucinda Bromley had 14 children, the other children not listed include;

Barton, born Dec 1, 1808
Andrew, born Sep 26, 1814; married Emeline Stewart
