Kenneth L. Jones, 77, of Oxford, died at 1:20 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 24, 1999, in Danville Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Danville, Illinois. He was born on May 26, 1922, in Warren County and graduated from Oxford High School in 1948.
He was a truck driver.
He served in the Army during World War II and in Korea for a total of 11 years in the service.
He was a life member of Fowler Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1348.
Surviving are a stepdaughter, Karen Newman of California; a stepson, Gary Jones of Nevada; and a brother, Robert Jones of Oxford.
