22 Dec 1947: Jacob, B. Ditzler. 72, a widely known blacksmith, died on Sunday morning at his residence in Innwood, after an eight months illness of complications. He was the husband of Mrs. Gertrude Long Ditzler. Other survivors are six daughters and three sons, 16 grandchildren and three brothers and two sisters. Daughters and sons are Mrs. Florence Cook; Mrs. Olga Kreiser; Mrs. Clair Sattazahn, all of Lebanon; Mrs. Ethel Kohr, Water Works; Mrs. Norene Cobb, Kansas, and Mrs. Ruth Ditzler, at home; Walter Ditzler, Lickdale; Arthur Ditzler, Bunker Hill and Paul Ditzler, Sand Hill. Brothers are William Ditzer, Fredericksburg, R.D.; Abner Ditzler, Fredericksburg; & Rev. John Ditzler Catawissa, Pa. Sisters are Mrs. Emma Uhrich, Lebanon; and Mrs. Jennie Wagner, Cleona.
