Funeral services for Jimmy Loden, 44, of Athens, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the chapel of Foster and Brown Funeral Home with Rev. Davis officiating.
Burial will follow in the Ash Cemetery.
Mr. Loden died Tuesday in Huntsville following a short illness.
He was born Feb. 11, 1938 in Smith County. He had lived in the Athens area most of his life and was a veteran of the United States army. He was also the son
of the late Will Loden.
Survivors include four sons, Raymond Douglas Loden, William Lee Loden, Jimmy Roger Loden and Danny Loden, all of Athens; one daughter Judy Loden of McKinney;
his parents, Floyd and Bertie Anderton of Athens; three brothers, Charles Henry Loden of Mississippi and George Vernon Loden and Leo Loden, both of Athens;
five sisters, Billie Jean Paroline, Linda Wallace, Brenda Graham, Dottie Walker and Lottie McGee, all of Athens; and three grandchildren.
