Services for Edna Mae Partin White, 84, of Garland, Texas, are scheduled for 2:00 pm Tuesday September 16, 2014 at Eubank Funeral Chapel under the direction of Eubank Funeral Home, Canton. Burial will be in Morris Cemetery, Van Zandt Co., Texas. She passed away September 12, 2014 in Garland, TX.
Mrs. White was born August 20, 1930 in Athens, TX, to Lester Loden and Willie Ruth Tanner Loden. She was a member of Eastern Hills Baptist Church of Garland. Edna loved the outdoors, fishing, camping and traveling. She loved to quilt and made all of her family quilts. She was a wonderful cook, and excelled in making sweets and deserts. Edna retired from Alcatel (formerly Collins Radio) after 35 years of service. She loved her family and friends and will be greatly missed. Edna was preceded in death by her 2 Husbands, Clifton Partin and Alfred White, 4 Brothers & 3 sisters.
Family will receive friends Monday 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
