Burial services were conducted at the Colorado City Cemetery with Mrs. Adams' nephews serving as pallbearers.

Adams on March 3, 1935 in Oklahoma. She lived in Colorado City since 1945 and was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Survivors include herhusband; three daughters, Fleta Lewis of Colorado City, Helen Sikes of El Paso and Patty Beban of Aurora, OK.; two sisters, Leola Adams of Colorado City and Betty Collie of Oklahoma City, OK ; two brothers, Ray Howell of Hennessey,
OK and Malcolm Howell of Covina, CA; 5 grandchildren.
