Catharine Bussard was the daughter of Samuel Bussard, Sr. and Catharina Wetzel.

She married Joseph Stormer on 4 May 1854 in Pinecreek Twp., Jefferson Co., PA. The marriage ceremony was performed by Rev. J. Wright.

Catharine died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Nellie Smith, at 30 Seldon Street, Oil City, PA and was buried 2 Nov 1915.
