Walter S. Fry
Walter S. Fry, seventy-three, 14 Market St., Lititz, died Wednesday at 9 p. m. in a Lancaster hospital after a lengthy illness.
The husband of Elsie Marie Fry, he was born in Rothsville, the son of the late John M. and Annie Seltzer Fry. A retired painter, he was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran, Lititz.
Besides his wife, surviving are a son, Mahlon A. Fry, Lititz R2; two daughters, Dorothy, wife of Warren Nixdorf, Bridgeton, N. J. and Rhetta, wife of Samuel Herr, Lancaster; three step daughters, Miss Marlene Buch, Lancaster, and Meryle, wife of Harold McCreary, Lititz, and Mrs. Eleanor Gardner.
Also surviving are two brothers, John S. Fry, Gilbertsville, Pa. and Clarence S. Fry, Ephrata; a sister, Mrs. Amelia Adams, Rothsville; six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
