GUIDE ROCK

Mrs. Lydia Crow was born in Ohio Oct. 7, 1838. Died April 12, 1922 at the home of her son, Mahlon, in Winner, South Dakota. She was married to Isaac Crow July 4, 1860 in Iowa. They lived in Guide Rock since 1886 until Mr. Crow's death in 1917. The surviving children are Joe of Republican City, Bert of Guide Rock, Mahlon of Winner, S. Dak., Clark of Atkinson, Nebr. and Mrs. Pearl Farner of Guide Rock. The body was brought to Guide Rock and Rev. Hemkin conducted the funeral Sunday from the Christian Church. Interment in the Guide Rock cemetery (sic).
