The Davenport home was one of the first houses to be constructed in North Inglewood. The Davenports' son Harvey, received a baby buggy from Los Angeles Investment Company as he was the first boy born in that tract. he now lives in Middletown, NJ. Other survivors are his widow, Neta; two daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Marcum, Selma, and Mrs. Margaret Sprecher, Burbank; and nine grandchildren.
The Inglewood Mortuary was in charge of arrangements. Internment was in Floral Memorial Park, Selma.
