Leah worked as a dental assistant for Dr. Randall Christensen for more than 30 years.She also worked at Sevier Valley Hospital.
She was active in the LDS Church and was an ordiance worker at the Manti Temple.
She was survived by her children Gary Utley, Sharon and Lee Stott, Greg and Cheryl Utley ,Bruce and Patti Utley, Barbara and Keth Grundman.21 Grandchildren, 21 Great Grandchildren. sister Verna Thorton.
