WARREN, March 15.--(Special) Charles A. Brown died at his home here about 2 o'clock this morning after suffering a stoke of apoplexy. He was ill several hours.
Mr. Brown was born to Thomas and Margaret Brown in Huntington county and was married to Miss Clara Love. The widow and the following children survive: Eldon and Mahlon Brown of Salamonie township, Mrs. Nellie Darrow of Fort Wayne. Sisters are Mrs. Sherman Lee of west of Warren, and Mrs. ida Richards of near Marion. Funeral services will be held at the Church of Christ Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock. The Rev. E. J. Cain will have charge and burial will be near Van Buren.

Charles A. Brown, 64, father of Nahlon Brown, this city, died at 2 o'clock this morning at his home in Warren from a stroke of apoplexy. He was stricken while attending a class party Tuesday evening at the Warren Church of Christ.
He was born on Nov. 14, 1868, to Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Brown, both deceased, in Van Buren township, Grant county.
Surviving besides the widow are two sons, Nahlon, Bluffton, and Sherman Brown, Pleasant Plains, and a daughter, Mrs. T. O. Darrow, Fort Wayne, and two sisters, Mrs. Sherman Lee, Warren and Mrs. Ida Pulley, Landess.
The deceased was a retired farmer and a member of the Warren Church of Christ.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 Friday afternoon at the Church of Christ at Warren, with Rev. Edward Cain officiating. Burial will be in the Van Buren cemetery.
