Eva W. Taylor, 85, of 867 York Road, Gettysburg, formerly of Biglerville, died Thursday morning, June 13, at The Gettysburg Hospital.
She was the wife of Dale C. Taylor who died in 1973.
Born Aug. 30,1905, in Menallen Township, she was a daughter of the late Clayton and Edna Kane Warren. She had been a seasonal employee of the former C.H. Musselman Co., Pet Milk Inc. of Biglerville and Knouse Foods Coop, in Gardners for many years. She was a member of the Biglerville Senior Citizens.
She is survived by four daughters, Betty M. Spangler of Gettysburg, Carolene L. Smith of Gardners, Bonnie R. Smith of Gettysburg and Joann E. Crowl of Hanover; four sons, Russell W. Taylor of Tallahassee, Fla., Wayne F. Taylor of Mechanicsburg, Emerson O. Taylor of East Berlin and D. Grayson Taylor of Bendersville; seven sisters, Cleo Helman of Gettysburg, Anna Beamer of Biglerville, Wilda Baker of South Mountain, Myrtle Taylor of Biglerville, Tillie Wagaman of Aspers, Ruby Heller of Gardners and Jean Butler of Aspers; two brothers, Clayton Warren of Gardners and Fred M. Warren of Biglerville; 23 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday from the Dugan Funeral Home Inc., 111 S. Main St., Bendersville, with the Rev. Maurice E. Black officiating.
Interment will be in the Wenksville Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Saturday from 1 p.m. until time of services.
