Tillie W. Wagaman, age 98, of Aspers, passed away Monday, Jan. 2, 2017 at SpiriTrust Home in Gettysburg.

She was born Thursday, Sept. 5, 1918 in Menallen Township, Adams County, the daughter of the late Clayton and Edna (Kane) Warren.

Tillie was formerly employed by Knouse Foods, Peach Glen, for many years. She was a member of Wenksville United Methodist Church, where she sang in the choir and taught Sunday School, Women's Aid Society of WUMC and Bendersville Fire Company Auxiliary. She loved to read, sew and bake. She also enjoyed travelling as over the United States, the Caribbean and Canada.

Her husband Frank R. Wagaman passed away in 1965.
She is survived by four sons, Gary R. and wife Phyllis Wagman of Biglerville, Kenneth E. and wife Janet Wagaman of Bendersville, Roger L. and wife Vicki Wagaman of York Springs, and Randy F. and wife Sue Wagaman of Aspers; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one brother Fred Warren of Biglerville. She was preceded in death by nine sisters and two brothers.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 7, at Wenksville United Methodist Church, 2010 Wenksville Road, Biglerville, with Rev. Rick Robinson officiating. Interment will be in Wenksville Cemetery.
