Mr. S. T. Burnett Dies at Age 76
SALUDA -- Samuel Thomas Burnett, 76, died Sunday at Anderson.
A native of Saluda County, he was the husband of Lillie DuBose Burnett and the son of David S. and Ida Parkman Burnett. He was a retired educator and Internal Revenue deputy.
Surviving are his widow; a son, Dr. Samuel Thomas Burnett Jr. of Anderson; a sister, Mrs. J. Leo DuBose of Bishopville and two brothers, D. P. Burnett of Saluda and L. G. Burnett of Callison.
Services will be at 3:30 p. m. Tuesday at Good Hope Baptist Church with Ramey's Funeral Home in charge.
