Mr. Hayes was born in Owosso, Son of Edward H. 'Eddie' Hayes and Celia May Robertson-Hayes, and lived here all of his life. He graduated from Owosso High School in 1936. He was a Veteran of WW-II in Army Ordinance. He was Employed by Consumers Power Company as an Operations Technician. He had not been well the week before being admitted to the hospital where he died of a heart attack.
