Services for Mrs. Audrey O'Neil Watson, 91, of Richton, will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday, August 9, 2013 at Zion Rest Missionary Baptist Church in Richton. Mrs. Watson passed away August 6, 2013 at her home. Bro. Howard Rogers and Bro. Chris Freeman will officiate at the services with burial to follow in the Freeman Cemetery at Richton.
Serving as pallbearers will be Allen Watson, Kelvin Freeman, Clifton Freeman, Craig Freeman, Adam Brewer, Keith Touchstone, and honorary pallbearer, Alex Lockhart.
Mrs. Watson was a member of the Zion Rest Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifton "Shorty" Watson; a son, Thomas Watson; parents, George and Alma Brownlee; a brother, Major Brownlee and sisters, Ethel Walley, Alma Bryant, Mary Simpson and Juanice Walley.
She is survived by her son, Lavon (Inez) Watson of Richton; three daughters, Kathern (Vinson) Freeman, Bobbie (Ben) Freeman, and Ramona (Dale) Brewer, all of Richton; daughter-in- law, Helen Watson Hicks of Leakesville; one brother, Leonard (Avis) Brownlee of Richton; one sister, Alyce Rylee Lott of Porter, TX and 17 grandchildren.
Visitation for Mrs. Watson will be held from 5:30 p.m. – all-night, Thursday, August 8, 2013 at Zion Rest Missionary Baptist Church at Richton.
