Known as Inez, but called "Ma-Ma" by her grandchildren. She was a very active in Elko Baptist Church in Elko, SC, Barnwell County. She was a devoted grandmother and of course, an excellent cook.
She died at The Barnwell County Nursing Home in Barnwell, SC. She had only been there for about 6 months, but she gave up on life the day my grandfather died. When we went to be with her after Pa-Pa was found deceased, the only thing she said to me was, "What are we going to do without Pa-Pa?" They were married over 63 years and she was Pa-Pa's student prior to graduation.
