Blair M. Piper of 4th Ave., Duncansville, died at 10:30 a.m. yesterday, Oct. 15, 1976, at Mercy Hospital,following an extended illness. Mr. Piper retired as a bus driver and mechanic from the Blue and White Lines, Inc., in 1972.

He was born Jan 31, 1905, in Duncansville, PA, a son of Albert Blair and Annie Mae (Stiffler) Piper, and married Meredith Kephart on Feb. 21, __, in Duncansville.

Surviving are his wife, two children, Mrs. Shirley Woods of Hollidaysburg and Glen of VA; four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a brother and three sisters; Ralph, Mrs. Helen Magil and Mrs. Ruth Magill of Duncansville and Mrs. Marie McCall of Hollidaysburg, his stepmother, Mrs Roselin Piper of Altoona, and six half brothers and half-sisters, Charles of Pittsburgh, Walter of Roaring Spring, Carl stationed with the Army at Ft. Leaonard Wood, MO, Mrs Martha Gilbert of Chicago Ill., and Mrs Virginia Chipperfield and Mrs. Margaret Hunter of Altoona.

Mr. Piper was a member of the Duncansville Lutheran Church.

Friends will be recieived in the Donald F. Liebegott Funeral Home from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today. Services will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday in the Duncansville Lutheran Church by the Rev. Philip Ziegler. Interment in Carson Valley Cemetery.
