She was known for the beautiful quilts, that she made by hand. She loved being outside, raising flowers or a garden, as her mother had done. The family misses her, and all her kind words.
Cora died on May 5, 2005 in Essex County, Virginia, and is buried in Carmel United Methodist Church, Kinsale, Westmoreland County, Virginia, by the side of her husband.
