∼Rosie Mable Anthony was the fifth child, and daughter of William Allen Anthony Sr. and Rosa Maybelle (Jenkins) Anthony.
Her siblings were Wilbur Lee Anthony, 1907, Cora Delray Anthony, 1912, Robert Bernard Anthony, 1914, William Allen Anthony, 1919 and Virginia Arribell Anthony 1927.
Rosie married August 17, 1940 in Westmoreland County, Virginia, to Harvey Joseph Moone, Sr.
She became the mother of Harvey Jr., Dorothy, Jeannie, Shirley and Josephine Moone.
Rosie Moone died at age 89 in Henrico County, Virginia. She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Harvey Joseph Moone, Sr., and a son, Harvey, Jr. She is survived by her four daughters, Dorothy, Jeannie, Shirley and Jody, She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; and a sister, Virginia Anthony Jenkins of Warsaw, Virginia. She was interred in Greenwood Memorial Gardens, by the side of her husband.
