Virginia Arribell Anthony Jenkins
On December 9, 2016, Virginia went to be with her LORD and Savior. She was a faithful and devoted member of Welcome Grove Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late William and Rose Anthony.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband George Mirle Jenkins and daughter Ellen Fay Jenkins, by her 3 brothers, Allen, Wilbur and Robert Anthony and her 2 sisters Cora Delray Moon and Rosie Moone, and granddaughter Brenda Callis Englehart.

Virginia came into this world as a Christmas gift to her parents and was a gift to so many during her life. She worked at Levis in Warsaw and later was a caregiver to various individuals in the area. She was a committed, loving, devoted, and caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She was always cooking for her family, you never left a visit with her without eating.

She is survived by two sons, Randolph Jenkins (Edna) of Colorado Springs, CO and Charles Jenkins (Romona) of Warsaw, VA and one daughter, Esther Callis of Warsaw, VA. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren: Bruce Callis Jr., David Callis, Karen Swann, Bill Callis, Ralph Jenkins, Ann Ritchie, Stephanie Treadway, Charles Jenkins Jr, Larry Jenkins, and Kenneth Jenkins; 16 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews.

Viewing will be Tuesday December 13, 2016 at Welch Funeral Home, Warsaw, VA, from 6-8 pm. Funeral services will be at 2 pm on Wednesday December 14, 2016 at Welcome Grove Baptist Church with interment to follow at Rappahannock Baptist Church. Pallbearers will be Ralph Jenkins, Bruce Callis Jr, Kenneth Jenkins, Larry Jenkins, Andrew Jenkins and Chris Kitch.
