Funeral services for Wanda Lou Lamb, 64, of Sallisaw were held at 2 p.m. July 9 at the Immanuel Baptist Church in Sallisaw with the Rev. John Ewart officiating. Burial was in the Sallisaw City Cemetery.
Mrs. Lamb was born April 30, 1929, in Sallisaw, the daughter of Carl Phillips and Pearlie Sallee. She died Tuesday July 6, 1993, in Tulsa. She was a retired bank auditor for Security Bank in Tulsa and was a Baptist.
Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Carla and Lee Duncan of Tulsa; two sons, Butch Lamb and daughter-in-law, Linda, of Sallisaw; and son, Charles Lamb, of Branson, MO.; one grandson, Carl Wayne Lamb, and wife, Cindy, of Sallisaw; five granddaughters, Janie Welch and husband, Joey Welch, both of Tulsa; Keri Penn and husband, Rod, of Sallisaw; and Carrie Lamb, Lynette Duncan, and Beth Duncan, all of Tulsa; five great grandchildren; two brothers, Charles E. Phillips of Tulsa, and Carl Phillips Jr., of Bixby; and one special friend, Cathie Nichols of Tulsa.
Pallbearers were Curtis Phillips, Carl Wayne Lamb, Albert Sallee, Ben Wofford, David Phillips, and Gilbert Walker. Honorary pallbearers were Neil Barnes, Jim Barnes, Mark Barnes, Hubert Horn, Phillip Taylor, and Vaughn Taylor. Alternate pallbearers were Joey Welch and Rod Penn.
Arrangements were made under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw.
