Funeral services for Charles L. (Chuck) LAMB, 48, of Tulsa and formerly of Sallisaw, were held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Agent Chapel in Sallisaw, with Bro. Tommy Hawkins officiating. Burial was in Sallisaw City Cemetery, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mr. LAMB was born April 8, 1952, in Fort Smith, Ark., to Willis Garland LAMB Sr. and Wanda Lou (PHILLIPS) LAMB. He died Thursday April 5, 2001, in Tulsa. Survivors include one sister, Carla; one brother, Butch; five nieces; one nephew; two uncles, Charles, and Carl Jr.; one aunt, Naomi; and one great-aunt, Verna.
