On this same census of 1930 the children William J. Jr. age 9 Nephew and Helen Mae (Jere) age 10 niece are listed as living with Joseph C. De Noon age 45 and Fannie age 51 as is James Bridges age 85. James' father is listed as unknown US and Mother as Louisana.
