CAVE SPRINGS — Imogene Wright, 79, of Cave Springs died Nov. 7, 2008, in her home. She was born Feb. 21, 1929, in Viola to Ezekiel "Zeke" and Lucy Rand Marchant. She was a homemaker, she was a member of the First Baptist Church in Cave Springs and was a member of the church quilting ministry, and she also was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary in Cave Springs. She was preceded in death by her husband Herbert Paul Wright on May 5, 1990, and a son David Wright in 1964.

She is survived by her son, Darrell Wright, and wife Becky of Cave Springs; her daughter, Janice Kay Fields and husband J.D. of Lexington, Tenn.; two brothers, Willard Marchant of Salem, Ore., and Lee Marchant of Cave Springs; three sisters, Mildred Foster of Salem, Elda Foster of Viola, Juanita Robbins of Stover, Mo.; two grandchildren; one great-grandson.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at the First Baptist Church in Cave Springs with Marvin Loyd and Gary Brewer officiating.

Visitation will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Monday at Benton County Funeral Home, online at www.bentoncountyfuneralhome.com. Burial will be in the Cave Springs Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Tony Wright, Robbie Brown, Rusty Brown, Randy Brown, Kris Marchant and Steve Marchant.

Honorary pallbearers will be all her nephews and great-nephews.
