M. Boyd England

Together Again

Beloved father, grandfather, brother and friend, Murray Boyd England passed away Sept. 24, 2002 at the U of U Hospital, surrounded by his family, from complications from ARDS.

Born January 1, 1912 in Tooele to Joseph and Agnes Murray England. Married Gayle Fairbourne on Jan 10, 1937, later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He became partner with his father and brothers and started England Construction. Later worked for and retired from Tooele County. After retirement he continued to work on his properties until the age of 89.

Preceded in death by the love of his life of 60 years, Gayle Fairbourne England, father and mother Joseph and Agnes England, brothers, Elmo England and Deloyd England. Survived by children, JoAnne (Gordon) Smith of Centerville; Vikki, Jay, Steve (Sharon) England of Tooele; sister, Ruth McIntire of St. George; 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

We will miss your oatmeal, wonderful trips to Yellowstone, 4th of July on England corner and our conversations on the porch. We love you.

Funeral services will be held on Friday Sept. 27, 2002 at 1:00 p.m. in the Tooele 3rd Ward Chapel 141 W. Utah Ave. Friends may call at the church on Friday from 11:30 a.m. till 12:30 p.m. Interment Tooele City Cemetery.
