Mrs. Nutley is survived by her two sons, Jack Nutley of Whitstran, Wash. and Van E. Nutley of Kennewick; a daughter, Mrs. John (Nancy Claire) Mayo of Yakima; one brother, Ben Van Eaton and a sister, Claire Van Eaton, both of Yakima; nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren."
Lorena was the daughter of James Hiram Van Eaton and Eleanor Antoinette (Hopkins) Van Eaton.
She married Benjamin Edward Nutley on the 13th of July 1910 at the Goose Egg Ranch, Leahy, Douglas County, Washington.
She had made her home in Yakima since 1919. Her late husband worked for 50 years with the Northern Pacific Railroad.
She was active in church music for the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
