Mrs. Ulasz was a member of St. Michael's Byzantine Catholic Church, Hermitage.
Her husband, Walter E. Ulasz, Sr., who she married October 25, 1941, died November 4, 1979.
Surviving are: two sons, Walter E. Ulasz Jr. and David J. Ulasz both of Hermitage, two sisters, Mary Kachic, Farrell, and Ann Husosky, Masury; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by six brothers, George, John, Michael, Joseph, Andrew and Stephen; and five sisters, Mary, Julie and Elsie Bohach and Bertha Turk and Helen Ladjevich.
