Mrs. Bertha (Bohach)Turk, wife of William Turk, 456 Patt Dr., Farrell, died at 4:15 p.m. yesterday at the Cleveland Clinic Hospital following heart surgery.

Mrs. Turk, who was 34, had been ill seven days.

Born in Sharon, May 21, 1926, she was a daughter of John Bohach and the late Anna Marchinko Bohach.

She had lived practically her entire life time in Farrell and was a graduate of Farrell High School. She was a former Westinghouse employee and was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church of the Byzantine Rite. Mrs. Turk also belonged to the Ladies K. Sokol, Lodge 23, of Farrell.

Surviving besides her husband are two sons, William Ronald Turk, Jr. and David Allen Turk; her father John Bohach, of Farrell; four sisters, Anna, wife of George Husosky, and Helen, wife of Nick Ladjevich, both of Sharon, and Mary, wife of Michael Kachic, and Margaret, wife of Walter Ulasz; both of Farrell. Three brothers, George, Weirton, W. Va., Joseph of Hickory, and Andrew of Sharon.

Her mother, two brothers, Michael and John Bohach, Jr. preceded her in death.
