Fern Marie Bartlow, 73, of Tyler died Monday, April 22, 1991 at the Divine Providence Nursing Home in Ivanhoe. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 25, 1991 at the Grace Lutheran Church in Lake Benton with burial in the Diamond Lake Luteran Cemetery.
She was born January 26, 1918 at Amiret Township, Lyon County, Minnesota, to Wesley and Sarah Ellen (Rockwell) Bartlow. She attended rural school in Amiret Township through the seventh grade. In November of 1950, she moved to Diamond Lake Township, Lincoln County with her parents. She continued to live on the family farm after her parent's deaths. In 1962, she and her brother left the farm and moved into Tyler.
She is survived by two sisters, Cleo Kor of Marshall; and Alice Cahow of Tyler, four brothers: Manley of Tyler, Harold of Balaton; Dewayne of Monticello, AR; and Ernest of Winter Garden, FL. She was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother, Donald Bartlow.
