LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Willa Dean Prewitt, 80, of Louisville, Ky., formerly of Kinta, died Monday, Sept. 29, 2008, in Louisville.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday at King & Shearwood Memorial Chapel in Stigler with burial at Quinton Cemetery in Quinton, Okla.
She is survived by a daughter, Deloris Carruth of Louisville, Ky.; a son, Ronnie Prewett of Oklahoma City; two sisters, Carolyn Wilson of Kinta and Thelma Goins of Del City, Okla.; five grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Brandon, Braig and Ron Carruth and Lonnie Prewitt.
Preceded in death by her husband Afton Prewitt
