Mrs. Rhoda Haggard, of near Morgantown, died Nov. 8 at the age of 62. She had been ill several years from a heart ailment. She was born in Brown County April 15, 1886, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arch Sosbe, natives of this county. She was married to George Haggard who passed away a year ago. Surviving are five sons, Fremont, Lester, Alvin, Morris and Clemons; and three daughters, Mrs. Carl Walker, Mrs. Jake Bailey and Mrs. Leona Hilton. Funeral services were held Nov. 10, 2 o'clock at the Morgantown Baptist Church. Interment was in the East Hill Cemetery. Nov. 18, 1948.
