Obituary in the October 24, 1914 Winston-Salem Paper
Evelyn Elizabeth Tesh, the three-month old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. O. J. Tesh, died at 11 o'clock yesterday morning at the Twin City Hospital after an illness of 10 days. She had been in the hospital since Saturday. The remains were taken to the home of the parents at 540 Fairview Street (Daisy Street) and prepared for burial. The funeral will be held this after noon from the residence at 1:30 by Rev. T. C. Keaton, after which the remains will be taken to Marvin Chapel, five miles north of the city, for interment.
