Mrs. Mae L. Reihart of 900 Juniata Avenue, Huntingdon, died on Sunday, Oct. 23, 1960, at 12:30 p.m. at her home. She had been in ill health for the past two months. The deceased was born in Orbisonia on Sept. 15, 1880, a daughter of Barton Beard and Sara (LOCKE) SHORE. She was united in marriage to Martin REIHART. She was a member of the Maddensville Church of God and attended the Mill Creek Bible Fellowship. She and Mr. Reihart observed their 63rd wedding anniversary last Sept. 9th . They resided in Huntingdon for the past 32 years and, prior to that time, they lived in Maddensville. In addition to her husband, she is survived by these children: Miss Golda Pearl REIHART, at home; Newton Edgar REIHART, Huntingdon; Mrs. Floyd (Clara Ruth) RAMSEY, Maddensville; George Alfred REIHART, Huntingdon; Mrs. Jack (Esther Irene) COFFMAN, Huntingdon; Byron Eugene REIHART, Panama; David McClellan REIHART, Huntingdon. A son Ralph died in infancy. Twenty-seven grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, and 4 brothers and 4 sisters also survive, 4 sisters preceded her in death. A short prayer service will be held at the Reihart home at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 26, followed by a service at 3 p.m. at the Walnut Grove Church of God at Maddensville. The Rev. Byron Reihart and the Rev. Sheldon Bard will officiate and interment will be made in the Walnut Grove Cemetery at Maddensville, directed by Green funeral service, Huntingdon. Friends will be received at the Reihart home aft er 7 p.m. this Monday evening. It was the request of the deceased that the flowers be omitted at her funeral, except by the family.
