Mrs. Theodore Amelia (Molly) Wagner, age 85, a resident of St. Mary's Villa in Pierz, formerly of Lastrup, died Wednesday, January 28, 1987 at St. Mary's Villa.
Molly was born September 5, 1901 in Pierz, MN to the late Joseph and Anna Boehmer. She married Theodore Wagner September 23, 1924 in Lastrup. The couple farmed in the Lastrup area until retirement. She was a resident of St. Mary's Villa for the past 4 years.
Molly was a member of St. John's Church and the St. John's Christian Mothers.
Molly is survived by 3 daughters, Mrs. Reinhart (Elaine) Gerwing of Pierz, Mrs. Clarence (Vange) Block of Rt. 4 Pierz, and Sister Annella of St. Scholastica Priory of Duluth, MN; 2 sons, Jerry of Lastrup and James of Pierz; 21 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren also survive.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Theodore in 1976; 2 brothers, 10 sisters and 1 great-grandchild.
Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 30 at St. John's Catholic Church in Lastrup with Father Sylvester Gall officiating. Burial was in the parish cemetery.
