Anna married Casper Fouth 23 June 1885 in Peru, LaSalle, Illinois. Casper's burial place is unknown. They had four children; Annie Amelia Fouth Utley, Ernest Fouth (sometimes spelled Fauth), Frederick Fouth, and a child who died in infancy, place and date unknown. When Anna died, she had been divorced from Casper. Her youngest son Fred went to live with his uncle Fred Dorei in Hamlin, Kansas.

The funeral services were conducted by Father Hildebrand at St. Peter's church and interrment made in the cemetery there, where her mother was buried nearly a quarter of a century ago.
