Ernest Fauth, age 89, husband of Elizabeth Fauth, passed away Saturday, October 11, 1980. He resided at 430 Bay St., N.E., coming her e 24 years ago from the Bronx, New York. Also survived by a daughter Ms. Marjorie E. Fauth, Freehold, New Jersey; a brother Fred R. Fauth, Falls City, Nebraska; 3 grandchildren; Mrs. Eloise Clawson, Wall Township, New Jersey; Mrs. Laura Lindstrom, Lakewood, New Jersey, Mr. Charles Hebbel, Freehold, New Jersey, and 2 great-grandchildren, Kathryn and Robert Clawson. Friends may call after 12:00 o'clock noon, Monday at John S. Rhodes East Chapel 35 4th St. N. The family will be at the chapel from 2 to 4 and 7 to 8 p.m. Services will be conducted at the Chapel by Reverend Dr. Wallace B. Rummell, Tuesday afternoon at 1:00 p.m. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Westminster Presbyterian Church Memorial Fund.

His birth family usually spelled their name "Fouth," Ernest always used the spelling "Fauth." He married Elizabeth Mathilda Carolina Zorn (1897-1925) in New York City on 4 June 1945. Her burial place unknown at this time.
