FUNERAL SERVICES FOR WALTER EARL COOK HELD AT FRANKSTON MONDAY
Funeral services for Walter Earl Cook, 26, well known in Athens, who died at his home in Frankston Sunday morning after an extended illness, were held Monday afternoon at 5 o'clock at the Old Bethel Church near Frankston.
The services were conducted by Rev. Skinner, pastor of the Frankston Baptist Church, and Rev. Perry, pastor of the Rusk Baptist Church.
Burial was in the Bethel Cemetery.
He was a farmer and had lived in the Frankston community all of his life.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Odessa Cook; a son, James Earl Cook, and three brothers and four sisters.
