Frank Baldridge, freight truck driver, dies today
Frank W. Baldridge, 60, who for 35 years was truck driver for MM&I Freight Co., Indianapolis, died this morning at 7 o'clock at his home at 540 E. Highland. He was a member of the American Legion Post 230 and Teamsters Local 135. He was also an army veteran of World War II.
The son of Fred and Mabel Coy Baldridge, he was born in Indianapolis March 9, 1922. On Sept. 19, 1941, he married Gloria Price, and she survives.
Other survivors include two daughters, Shirley Bond of Indianapolis and Dana Sparks of Louisiana; a son Michael of Martinsville, six grandchildren, one stepgrandchild, four brothers, Wayne and Max of Indianapolis, James of Illinois and Donald Baldridge of Kokomo; and a half-brother, Carl Mathis of Indianapolis.
Mr. Baldridge came to this community 22 years ago from Indianapolis. His funeral will be Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Fogleman Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Johnson County.
Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 10 a.m. until service time.
